Let Restrung Lefty Music Productions be your one-stop-shop for getting ideas on tape and putting them to work for you.

Welcome to the Restrung Lefty Music Production website and thank you for stopping by. I’m Tom More, RL’s founder, owner, and employee and I’d like to help you with your musical needs.

I can provide the following services:

  • Compose/record musical scores for video and multi-media projects (perfect for indie films/documentaries, commercials, and business presentations)
  • Create arrangements for your songs (you bring the words and melody and I provide the rest…if I don’t play it I know someone who can)
  • Record demo tapes (produce a song to showcase your talents and ideas)
  • Session musician on your project (bass guitar, drums/percussion, keyboards, vocals)
  • Sideman for your live performances (bass guitar, drums/percussion, keyboards, vocals)
  • Voice-overs for audio or video projects

I began Restrung Lefty to address the needs of that large segment of creative artists and commercial clients that require music or musical support, but lack a big budget or connections to the high-power end of the music industry to get it done. There are lots and lots of songwriters, musicians, video producers, and small businesses that could use compositional or technical assistance in bringing their musical ideas to life or creating a soundtrack for their project. Often the time and effort required to put an entire audio production together (finding musicians, composers, studio & engineers, post-production, etc.) is overwhelming not to mention cost-ineffective. And while you can probably get your neighbor who has a guitar, the kid at work with the DJ setup, and the dejembe player at the bus station to help for free hobbyists often won’t provide you with the level of quality and timeliness you’re seeking.

Snoop around the website and you’ll find samples of works I’ve written and/or performed. Maybe what you need has already been recorded! If not these will give you an idea of what I can come up with for a customized project. Please e-mail or call and we can discuss your requirements, goals, and options. I look forward to working with you!
